Today I got some Molinari Sambuca Extra. Sambuca is an anise-flavoured, usually colourless liqueur. The classic way to drink Sambuca is “con la mosca”: Served straight up with 3 coffee beans. Those three coffee beans represent health, wealth, and happiness. But since I never drink coffee I prefer to drink Sambuca mixed with some cold water, the same way I drink Ouzo.
