New seven wonders of the world

The voting for THE NEW 7 WONDERS OF THE WORLD is closed and the result has been announced. The winners are:

  • Chichén Itzá, Mexico
  • Christ Redeemer, Brazil
  • The Great Wall, China
  • Machu Picchu, Peru
  • Petra, Jordan
  • The Roman Colloseum, Italy
  • The Taj Mahal, India

An impressive list created after millions of people voted.

A site with a related topic is the UNESCO’s World Heritage Site with their long World Heritage List.
