Springwise has found an interesting concept, Pay-as-you-wish restaurants. They mention a restaurant in Vienna and writes this:

Prices for drinks are fixed, but customers decide how much they’d like to pay for the food. Most pony up a fair price, and the restaurant doesn’t seem to suffer from its unusual pricing plan.

An interesting concept, it is nice to see that people not are cheap but pay enough for the restaurant to manage.
