BBC has an interesting section called Science & Nature with sub-sections for Animals, Prehistoric Life, Human Body & Mind, Space and HOT TOPICS - The science behind the news.

BBC has a section called BBC Health. That sections has a part about Healthy living which among other things covers Fitness. I like and agree with their introduction:

BBC Languages offers many online courses

The BBC website has a really interesting section titled BBC Languages. You find courses in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Greek, Chinese as well as some other languages.
There is an online course titled Mi Vida Loca which is Spanish for beginners, I think I will try that one.

Yoga Journal is a favourite of mine and I subscribe to their free newsletter. A while back it was about Meditation.

New looks for this blog

I have installed a 3-column version of Blue Zinfandel by Brian Gardner. It is a clean theme and it looks great already from the beginning. But as usual I have tweaked the theme, changing the looks in ways that suit me better.
