Death Pose makes you feel better

Death Pose or Savasana is a useful pose. I came across it recently in a book about juggling, given as an example of how to both get rid of tensions and relax. Savasana is intended to rejuvenate one’s body, mind and spirit. It has a has a tendency to induce sleepiness.

I did it a couple of times yesterday, for around five minutes each time, and I can already feel a difference in my neck and upper back. It is straighter and more relaxed, a nice feeling. Guess I will have to incorporate this pose in my daily routines.
