I am testing two different plugins that shall make your WordPress blog easier to read using mobile devices. Here at btwendel.com I have installed the WordPress Mobile Plugin and over at fortyplustwo I have installed WordPress Mobile Edition.

I have installed a 3-column version of Blue Zinfandel by Brian Gardner. It is a clean theme and it looks great already from the beginning. But as usual I have tweaked the theme, changing the looks in ways that suit me better.
This blog has been upgraded to WordPress 2.5 which seems to work well. Nice changes behind the scenes, the admin panel, and hopefully everything keeps ticking properly.
I have switched to Doreo Hosting. Before that I had my sites and blogs at A Small Orange (ASO) but downtime and slow response time started to get annoying.

I am really pleased with Doreo, excellent support when needed and impressive uptime.
After upgrading WordPress I got the tagging function as a standard feature. I have been tagging posts and also reshuffling them among categories to create a combination of categories and tags that can work for the future.
Both categories and tags are listed in the side menu, just click on the ones that looks interesting.
It seems as if I managed to get the upgrade right. There are still some plugins that I need to check but I also take the opportunity to reconsider which plugins I really need for this blog.
My old Prosumer theme would not work with the new version of WordPress so I have changed to a [...]
