Pranayama

I got a tip to use pranayama as preparation for meditation. That of course pushed me to refresh my knowledge about pranayama and I went to Yoga Journal. In the Pranayama practice section of their website you find articles, in Pranayama Poses you find exercises.
I prefer short meditations and practice spot meditations.

The Mudra Photo Gallery is interesting, doing yoga with your hands only is an interesting topic since it can be done (almost) anywhere.
